Why coaching
Because the questions that matter rarely get uninterrupted attention
Most of us move fast, carry a lot, and rarely stop to ask whether the life we are living is the one we want. Coaching is a deliberate pause with a partner who is curious, non-judgemental, and unafraid of the hard parts.
Sessions are confidential and directed by you. We work with what is present — fatigue, ambition, grief, a decision, a role that no longer fits — and follow it to something useful and actionable.
